At Myrsa Technology Solutions Private Limited the purpose of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy is to foster a workplace culture that values and respects the unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of all employees. Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion at Myrsa Technology Solutions helps us to serve our customers better and be more competitive. We are committed to supporting and ensuring an inclusive work environment in which everyone is treated fairly, and with respect and dignity. The purpose of this policy is to support and facilitate an inclusive environment that embraces all that makes us different, and recognizes the benefits that these differences make. These differences can include gender, marital or family status, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disabilities, ethnicity, nationality, religious beliefs, cultural background, socio- economic backgrounds, perspectives, experiences, and other areas of potential difference.
As an employee at Myrsa Technology Solutions, I pledge, I:
- will not say something non-inclusive to my colleagues based on their different way of being.
- will not discriminate in any way based on ethnicity, religion, gender orientation, sexual orientation, age, food preferences, physical appearances, disabilities, education level, occupation, cultural background, etc.
- will encourage others to behave in a way that drives an inclusive environment by showing a genuine curiosity towards colleagues and thus, expanding individual horizons.
- will show vulnerability by learning from my mistakes if I hurt any one of my colleagues based on intentional or unintentional, inappropriate and non-inclusive behavior.
- will show bravery when I approach colleagues and talk to them about situations where I experienced or saw someone else experiencing intentional or unintentional inappropriate and Non-inclusive behavior at the workplace.
- will reflect on the intentions of a behavior that seemed non-inclusive before I call it non-inclusive know that inclusion is ongoing, rather than a one-off training.
- will report any intentional and/or unintentional inappropriate and non-inclusive behavior that I cannot handle myself to the point of trust in MyrsaTech.

- will hire new employees based on their skills, performance, and personality regardless of their gender, religion, race, nationality, sexuality, etc.
- will encourage my team to educate themselves and develop skills that foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
- will structure meetings in a way that gives all team members a voice to express their views, ideas, and feelings.
- will encourage team members to be vulnerable and brave to open up to me or points of trust (or someone who will take action) if something is experienced as intentional or unintentional Inappropriate and non-inclusive behavior.

- POSH Policy: Myrsa has zero tolerance policy for any form Harassment, Discrimination and Exploitation and that the organization has a policy of treating it’s all employees on the basis of merit subject to the organizational structure and that the organization as matter of policy of equal treatment to all its employees with equality irrespective of their gender, or any other ethnic or other differences.
- Behavioral Aspect: At Myrsa, Employee Behavioral Policy prioritizes professional and ethical conduct in the workplace. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and value a peaceful and healthy work culture. Dress code is not mandatory, but adherence to social ethics is expected. Loyalty to the company is valued and any unethical practices will not be tolerated. Freedom of work style is encouraged as long as it does not impact others. We promote healthy relationships and do not tolerate negativity or grudges.
